OUR PROCESS
We provide complete project management start to finish and make every project a true partnership. We are experts providing knowledgeable, personalized, and responsive service. Your experience is important to us, so we review all the details to ensure your project flows smoothly and efficiently.
STEP ONE
OUTLINING YOUR VISION / ON-SITE CONSULTATION
We believe in a true partnership and part of that is matching the right clients to the right company. We arrange a time to have a meeting on site or have you fill out our questionnaire. We ask questions and listen to understand your needs, design challenges, and lifestyle. Once we have identified what matters to you in your space. We work with you to achieve balance of form and function.
STEP TWO
SPACE PLANNING & CONCEPTS
We customize floor plans and elevations to meet the needs of your home and style. To help you envision the the proposed design we present you with concept boards which tell your story. Samples are provided, as well as a 3D rendering to further help you envision your new space and approve of the initial concept.
STEP THREE
PRODUCT SELECTIONS
We guide the selection of each element of your space within a given budget, which includes cabinetry, hardware, fabrics, furnishings, finishes, lighting and accessories with a shopping list. We ensure that every item adds up to a personalized, cohesive, and layered look with maximum functionality and perfect proportions.
STEP FOUR
DESIGN SIGN-OFF
We present you with the complete design and refined product selections for you to review and confirm. Revisions are made as needed until the final design is approved.
STEP FIVE
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
Each component of your space is personally coordinated to be ordered and delivered - timing deliveries for the ideal installation schedule. We will handle all the details and troubleshoot any hiccups that may come up. Then we start construction. To complete the look, our team styles your finished space, having it photo ready, because the little things matter.
STEP SIX
AFTERCARE
We review care and maintenance guidelines with you. Our team will remain available to answer any questions and provide a complimentary maintenance visit one year after completion date.
